Frequently Asked Questions
How does scheduling work?
We service homes on scheduled routes throughout the season.
You’ll receive a heads-up email ahead of your service window, a reminder the week of, and a text when we’re on the way.
There’s no need to be home as long as we have access.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can access your gutters, and we’ll send photos after service so you can see the completed work.
How often are gutters cleaned?
Most homes are serviced twice per year — typically around spring and fall.
Some plans include additional downspout checkups between cleanings to keep water flowing.
What’s included in a cleaning?
We remove debris from gutters, clear downspouts, and make sure water is able to flow properly.
Minor maintenance may be included in total care plan. Structural repairs are not.
Do you offer repairs?
We handle minor maintenance such as tightening or sealing small issues with the Total Care Plan.
These can be added to other plans if needed.
Full repairs or replacements are outside our scope, but we’ll let you know if we spot a problem.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on home size, height, roof pitch (steepness), and accessibility.
Our “starting at” pricing is based on straightforward, walkable single-story homes. Two-story, steep, or larger or more complex homes may have additional charges.

How long does the agreement last?
Maintenance plans are set up as a 12-month agreement to keep your home on a consistent schedule.
You’ll receive a discounted initial cleaning with membership, with monthly billing beginning the following month.
After the initial term, plans continue month-to-month with a 30-day notice to cancel.
What happens if I let my gutters clog?
Clogged gutters can lead to overflow, wood rot, foundation issues, and pest problems.
Regular maintenance helps prevent these issues before they become costly.
Is this a contract?
Our plans are structured as a 12-month agreement billed monthly, so you don’t have to worry about scheduling cleanings throughout the year.
What if I need to cancel early?
Plans require 30 days notice. The next billing cycle will be charged, and the initial service discount will be added to the final invoice.
What happens after 12 months?
Plans continue month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days notice with no penalty.
