Service Terms

Our maintenance plans are structured as a 12-month service agreement billed monthly. Services are scheduled seasonally throughout the year.

If the plan is canceled before 12 months, the initial service discount will be applied to the final invoice. After the initial term, plans continue month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days notice.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue service at any time. In such cases, the agreement will end without further obligation beyond services already performed.

We aim to provide reliable, hassle-free service throughout the year.

Gutter cleaning is limited to the removal of normal debris to improve water flow. We do not guarantee system performance and are not responsible for water-related issues, including overflow, leaks, drainage problems, or damage resulting from the condition, design, or installation of the gutter system. Pre-existing conditions, structural issues, and improper installation are outside the scope of service. All results are dependent on the existing condition of the gutter system at the time of service.

Minor maintenance or repairs performed as part of service are temporary and limited to minor issues. We do not guarantee the effectiveness or longevity of any repairs. Any structural or permanent repairs are outside the scope of service and are the responsibility of the homeowner.
